About the instructor…
Holly Lammert has been climbing for over 14 years in every style and on all types of rocks. She’s passionate about making climbing accessible for everyone, and sharing the secret skills that unlock the potential of climbing, both on and off the wall. She loves to keep it light and fun, while focusing on specifics for improved technique. With other training in teaching school kids (science and math mostly), and yoga, and other endurance sports, she incorporates mental training and body awareness into her coaching. More than just climbing, it’s the community that drives her to keep sharing. She loves the connections that can be made when we all come together to share our passions and encourage each other in the challenges of rock climbing!
